Foremarket is a digital marketplace operated by Foremarket is operated by Zwitch AB (org. no. 559348-1863) that enables users to buy and sell golf equipment.

Foremarket primarily operates as a marketplace facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.

• Users must be at least 16 years old
• Registration requires identity verification via BankID
• By registering, you consent to the collection of:

• Name
• Contact details
• Personal identity number

You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Foremarket provides:

• Marketplace infrastructure
• Payment facilitation (via Rocker)
• Logistics integration (via PostNord)
• Buyer protection mechanisms

Foremarket primarily operates as a marketplace facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.

However, in certain cases, Foremarket may act as a direct buyer or seller of products. This applies to inventory clearly identified as being sold or purchased by Foremarket.

For all other listings, Foremarket:

• Does not own the listed items
• Does not guarantee item condition
• Acts solely as an intermediary between users

It is always clearly indicated within the platform when Foremarket is acting as a direct counterparty in a transaction.

All payments are processed via Rocker AB (publ).

• Users must accept Rocker's terms when using payment services
• Funds may be held temporarily during transaction completion
• Payment services are subject to Rocker's own terms and regulations

When buyer protection is used:

• Buyer completes payment
• Funds are held securely
• Seller ships item
• Buyer receives and reviews
• Payment is released to seller

This mirrors escrow logic similar to Blocket:

• Money is held until transaction is completed

Foremarket charges a service fee when buyer protection is used.

This typically consists of:

• 5% of the transaction value
• + a fixed fee (on products below 3 000 SEK)

All fees are clearly displayed before purchase.

Shipping is handled via PostNord.

• Seller is responsible for proper packaging
• Only eligible items may be shipped
• Tracking is required
• Seller must package correctly
• One shipment per listing

Upon delivery:

• Buyer must inspect the item within a defined time window (24H)
• If no issue is reported, the transaction is considered completed and the pay-out block is released

• Complaints must be submitted within the defined window
• Disputes are handled internally but:

Foremarket does not act as a court of law

• No general right of withdrawal applies between private individuals

Returns only apply if:

• Buyer protection conditions are met
• A dispute is approved

Sellers must:

• Provide accurate descriptions
• Have legal ownership of items
• Ship within agreed timeframe

Buyers must:

• Complete purchases
• Inspect items promptly

Users may not list:

• Illegal goods
• Counterfeit items
• Restricted shipping items

Foremarket reserves the right to remove listings.

Foremarket is not liable for:

• Item quality
• Misrepresentation
• Transaction disputes

We provide infrastructure - not guarantees.

We may:

• Suspend accounts
• Withhold payments
• Remove listings

If misuse or fraud is suspected.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
